Residential sales activity in Kitchener-Waterloo slowed in the second quarter of 2022 compared to the second quarter of 2021.
Residential property sales numbered 1,851 units in the second quarter of 2022, a decrease of 24.1% compared to the same quarter in 2021.
Sales slowed 21.1% for single detached homes, were down 35.9% for townhouse and row units, and were down 13% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
