Residential sales activity in Renfrew County slowed in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the first quarter of 2022.

Residential property sales numbered 209 units in the first quarter of 2023, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2022.

Single detached home sales slowed 48.5% in the first quarter of 2023.
