Residential property sales numbered 1,228 units in the first quarter of 2025, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 38.1% for single detached homes, were down 47.8% for townhouse and row units, and were down 53.8% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
