Residential property sales numbered 9,331 units in the second quarter of 2025, down 16.4% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 9.1% for single detached homes, were down 18.7% for townhouse and row units, and were down 31.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
