Residential sales activity in Guelph rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 836 units in the first quarter of 2024, up 6.8% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 14.3% for single detached homes, were down 3.2% for townhouse and row units, and were down 3.8% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
