Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Oakville-Milton came in unchanged in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 1,490 units in the second quarter of 2026, down one sale compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Sales rose 10.5% for single detached homes, were down 9.7% for townhouse and row units, and were down 17.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
