Residential sales activity in Ottawa rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 3,960 units in the third quarter of 2024, accelerating 10.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 15.2% for single detached homes, were up 12% for townhouse and row units, and were up 2.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
