Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,056 units in the third quarter of 2026, slowing 9.2% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 424 units in the third quarter of 2026, declining 18% from the same quarter in 2025.
