Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,320 units in the second quarter of 2026, slowing 8.5% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 570 units in the second quarter of 2026, declining 10.8% from the same quarter in 2025.
