Residential sales activity in the Greater Toronto Area rose in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.
Residential property sales numbered 19,269 units in the second quarter of 2026, up 7.4% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
Sales rose 9% for single detached homes, were up 0.6% for semi-detached units, were up 1.8% for condominium townhouse units, and were up 9.1% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
