Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 10.7% as of April 2025, up 1.4% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 6.8% below the peak from May 2020 but remains above the long-run average.
There were 2,400 fewer full-time jobs in April 2025 compared to a month earlier. Combined with a loss of 2,200 part-time positions, this led to a decrease of 4,600 total jobs in April.
Full-time employment was still down 2,600 jobs from the peak in September 2024 but stood 4,800 jobs above the trough in December 2024.
