Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 10.8% as of May 2025, up 0.1% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 6.7% below the peak from May 2020 but remains above the long-run average.
There were 3,100 fewer full-time jobs in May 2025 compared to a month earlier. Combined with an unchanged number of part-time positions, this led to a decrease of 3,100 total jobs in May.
Full-time employment was still down 6,300 jobs from the peak in September 2024 but stood 800 jobs above the trough in December 2024.
