Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 7.3% as of September 2026, down 0.2% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 10.2% below the peak from May 2020 and is below the long-run average.
There were 2,600 more full-time jobs in September 2026 compared to a month earlier. Combined with a loss of 1,400 part-time positions, this led to an increase of 1,200 total jobs in September.
Full-time employment was down 1,900 jobs from the peak in November 2025 but stood 13,600 jobs above the trough in May 2026.
