Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 7.7% as of December 2025, down 0.4% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 9.8% below the peak from May 2020 and is below the long-run average.
There were 2,800 fewer full-time jobs in December 2025 compared to a month earlier. Combined with a gain of 3,600 part-time positions, this led to an increase of 800 total jobs in December.
Full-time employment was down 2,800 jobs from the peak in November 2025.
