Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Windsor-Essex rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,511 units in the third quarter of 2024, up 6.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 7.3%, while sales of apartment units were up 3.3% in the third quarter of 2024.
