Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Windsor-Essex slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 1,530 units in the second quarter of 2026, edging down only 1.4% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 3.6%, while sales of apartment units were up 23.1% in the second quarter of 2026.
