Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 7.5% as of March 2024, up 0.1% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 10% below the peak from May 2020 and is below the long-run average.
There were 1,200 more full-time jobs in March 2024 compared to a month earlier. A gain of 1,200 part-time positions led to an increase of 2,400 total jobs in March.
Full-time employment was still down 11,600 jobs from the peak in July 2023 but stood 1,200 jobs above the trough in February 2024.
