Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the area served by the BC Northern real estate board rose in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 1,269 units in the second quarter of 2026, edging up 1.6% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales rose 2.3% in the second quarter of 2026.
