Single detached home sales numbered 599 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, slowing 6.1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Annually, single detached home sales numbered 2,881 units in all of 2025. This was up 1.6% compared to the 2,837 units recorded in 2024.
