Residential property sales numbered 9,247 units in the second quarter of 2025, down 6.3% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 6.4% for single detached homes, were up 2.5% for townhouse and row units, and were down 9.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
