Residential property sales numbered 6,336 units in the first quarter of 2025, little changed, up only 0.8% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 4% for single detached homes, were up 8% for townhouse and row units, and were up 8.5% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
