Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,035 units in the second quarter of 2026, declining 19.3% from the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 1,110 units in the second quarter of 2026, declining 18.6% from the same quarter in 2025.
