London & St. Thomas Residential Activity

Residential sales activity in London and St. Thomas rose in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 2,165 units in the second quarter of 2026, edging up 1.3% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Sales rose 0.2% for single detached homes, were up 7.1% for townhouse and row units, and were down 11.8% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
