Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 239 units in the third quarter of 2026, an increase of 19.5% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 103 units in the third quarter of 2026, declining 14.9% from the same quarter in 2025.
