Single detached home sales numbered 1,074 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 10.4% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 5,019 units in all of 2025. This was down 3.5% compared to the 5,203 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 166 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 891 units in all of 2025. This was down 20.2% compared to the 1,117 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 98 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down three sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 475 units in all of 2025. This was down 6.1% compared to the 506 units recorded in 2024.
