Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 292 units in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 19.7% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 143 units in the first quarter of 2024, up six sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
