Residential sales activity in Mississauga slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.
Residential property sales numbered 1,399 units in the third quarter of 2026, down 4.4% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
Sales slowed 0.9% for single detached homes, were down 1% for semi-detached units, were down 2.4% for condominium townhouse units, and were down 11.8% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
