Residential sales activity in the Interior BC region slowed in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 2,164 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging down only 2.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 0.8% for single detached homes, were down 12.7% for townhouse and row units, and were down 3.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
