Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 380 units in the second quarter of 2024, slowing 8.9% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 501 units in the second quarter of 2024, declining 19.1% from the same quarter in 2023.
