Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Windsor-Essex slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,612 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 6.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales slowed 8.4%, while sales of apartment units were up 30% in the second quarter of 2024.
