Sales rose 18.3% for single detached homes, were up 67.7% for townhouse and row units, and were up 20.1% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the fourth quarter.
Annually, residential property sales numbered 13,487 units in all of 2024. This was up 12.3% compared to the 12,005 units recorded in 2023.
