Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 323 units in the second quarter of 2026, slowing 9.3% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 27 units in the second quarter of 2026, more than double the levels from a year earlier, rising 440% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
