Sales rose 13.6% for single detached homes, were up 4.8% for townhouse and row units, and were up 17% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the fourth quarter.
Annually, residential property sales numbered 2,354 units in all of 2024. This was down 1.3% compared to the 2,386 units recorded in 2023.
