Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Kamloops slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 660 units in the third quarter of 2026, down 5.7% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Sales slowed 4.1% for single detached homes, were up 3.3% for townhouse and row units, and were down 15.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
