Single detached home sales numbered 295 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down 14 sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 1,367 units in all of 2025. This was down 2.8% compared to the 1,406 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 61 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down eight sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 326 units in all of 2025. This was up 5.2% compared to the 310 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 56 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down seven sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 299 units in all of 2025. This was up 2.4% compared to the 292 units recorded in 2024.
