Residential sales activity in New Brunswick slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 2,762 units in the second quarter of 2026, down 7.5% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 10.4% in the second quarter of 2026.
