Single detached home sales numbered 1,805 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, edging down only 3.4% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Annually, single detached home sales numbered 7,974 units in all of 2025. This was up 5.4% compared to the 7,563 units recorded in 2024.
