Residential sales activity in Prince Edward Island slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 545 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 15 sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales slowed 6.3% in the second quarter of 2024.
