Residential sales activity in the area served by the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® rose in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter of 2024.
Residential property sales numbered 2,056 units in the first quarter of 2025, up 4.2% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 7.7% for single detached homes, were down 12.2% for townhouse and row units, and were down 5.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
