Residential property sales numbered 3,392 units in the second quarter of 2025, edging up 2.1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 6.2% for single detached homes, were down 18.8% for townhouse and row units, and were down 14.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
