Residential sales activity in the area served by the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 3,197 units in the third quarter of 2024, up 9.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 11.1% for single detached homes, were up 15.1% for townhouse and row units, and were down 6% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
