Single detached home sales numbered 1,813 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, slowing 7.5% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 8,269 units in all of 2025. This was up 1.5% compared to the 8,146 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 73 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down four sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 353 units in all of 2025. This was down 9.7% compared to the 391 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 107 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down nine sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 523 units in all of 2025. This was down 11.1% compared to the 588 units recorded in 2024.
