Single detached home sales numbered 1,312 units in the third quarter of 2026, edging up 1.4% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales in St. John’s numbered 223 units in the third quarter of 2026, declining 10.1% from the same quarter in 2025.


Multi-Family

Multi-family unit sales numbered 293 units in the third quarter of 2026, slowing 8.4% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Multi-family unit sales in St. John’s sales numbered 125 units in the third quarter of 2026, declining 16.1% from the same quarter in 2025.
