Single detached home sales in St. John’s numbered 161 units in the first quarter of 2025, up 14 sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Multi-family unit sales numbered 186 units in the first quarter of 2025, an increase of 11.4% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Multi-family unit sales in St. John’s sales numbered 87 units in the first quarter of 2025, unchanged compared to the same quarter in 2024.
