Single detached home sales numbered 956 units in the second quarter of 2025, edging up 3.1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Single detached home sales in St. John’s numbered 187 units in the second quarter of 2025, down 14 sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Multi-family unit sales numbered 235 units in the second quarter of 2025, an increase of 11.4% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Multi-family unit sales in St. John’s sales numbered 119 units in the second quarter of 2025, an increase of 17.8% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
