The median sale price for single detached homes edged up 3.4% on a year-over-year basis to $615,000 in the second quarter of 2025. This was a new record for the median sale price.

The median sale price for apartment units decreased by 10.2% on a year-over-year basis to $269,500 in the second quarter of 2025.
