Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the Kootenays rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 840 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging up 3.6% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 11.4%, while sales of apartment units were down 6% in the third quarter of 2024.
