Single Detached

Single detached home sales numbered 414 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, a large increase of 31% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 1,936 units in all of 2025. This was up 10.8% compared to the 1,747 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 91 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, up seven sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 355 units in all of 2025. This was down 8.5% compared to the 388 units recorded in 2024.
